By HOO of Bais Rivkah
As the HOO year comes to a close, we’d like to thank all our Beth Rivka High School volunteers who visited families every week! Thank you to their families for supporting them throughout their volunteering and thank you to the HOO families for working together with us. Below are the activities and events HOO organized to mark the ending of another beautiful year together!
HOO distributed another engaging activity book called “Which Picture is the Same”. This activity can be done alone or with a friend and encourages children to practice their attention to detail. A free PDF copy of the book can be found here for download.
We’d like to thank the Law Office of Lina Rozenberg, Esq, for sponsoring the activity books.
Supplies to create flower bouquets were sent with volunteers to the homes of their HOO children. HOO volunteers and children enjoy spending quality time together while creating these colorful bouquets.
HOO volunteers received sweatshirts as a memento of their dedicated time and hard work over the past year. They also received a digital memory recall game and a sweet treat as a token of our appreciation for their kindness and dedication.
Thank you to Shiffy Goldstein for continuously giving your time and skills to organize volunteers, activities, and events to support our community.
Lastly, we would like to once again, give a huge thank you to the generous matchers of our campaign:
* Chabad Global Day of Giving
* Mr. And Mrs. Osher and Rivka Karnovsky– L”N hatamim Shmuel ben Asher sheyichye
* Mr. And Mrs. Binyamin and Cherry Levin
