Brooklyn based high end kitchen and bath showroom looking to hire a full time executive receptionist for our growing decorative plumbing and hardware division. We are seeking an organized, energetic candidate with a love for interior design / decorating. This role will support the inside sales team with customer service and daily showroom activities. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

You will get to be a part of Kurrent's team -- a friendly and exciting atmosphere with many exciting events and trade shows. You will get to know the top architects and designers in the industry and be a part of creating and designing some of the nicest and most expensive houses in Brooklyn and around the USA.

Responsibilities include:
Greet customers and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
Schedule appointments for clients and customers
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and showroom area
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Can-do attitude
Energetic, organized, motivated, reliable and dependable
Ability to post stories / creare reels on company Instagram and social media


Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional telephone manner
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
Experience in the kitchen and bath industry is a plus, but not required
Social Media experience

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
