Job Opportunity: Office Admin | Bookkeeper
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented office admin to join our team. As the Office admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting the overall workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day all Bookkeeping & Secretarial work
-Bank reconciliation / overlooking AP & AR
& billing
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Organize and maintain office records, files, and documents.
- Implement new systems & process
- Coordinate with external vendors
Requirements:
• Full time
- Proven experience in office Admin | Bookeeping & Secretarial work or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in office software and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
