Skillmart Supermarket in Williamsburg is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented office admin to join our team. As the Office admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting the overall workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day all Bookkeeping & Secretarial work
- Train and overseeing our out-of-country team
- Bank reconciliation / overlooking AP & AR
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including calls, text, and emails.
- Implement new systems & process
Requirements:
• Full time, in person
• Good attitude /customer satisfaction
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Super energetic, professional and driven to deliver completion
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in office software and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prepared and ready to do whatever is needed
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Experience in office Admin / Bookkeeping / Secretarial work is a plus.
