Job Description:

Responsibilities:
• Assist the boss in executing business plans, managing schedules, and organizing meetings.
• Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Maintain office organization, including filing, document management, and office supplies.
• Support various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
• Coordinate with different departments and assist with project management tasks.
• Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an administrative or secretary role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
