Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:
Acts as the front line communication touch-point for KosherWine.com via phone, text, chat and email.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
Maintains and services customer records by updating account information.
Recommends potential adjustment of services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Work Hours & Benefits
This is an hourly position with full benefits, including 401K + company match, Medical, Vision and dental as well as PTO.
40 hours expected per week, with some overtime over peak periods.
This is a remote work from home position.
Hourly wage commensurate with experience + potential for bonuses
