Lighthouse ABA is seeking an intake coordinator. Full time position, located in central CH.
Job responsibilities: Serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients inquiring about services, shepherding each family through the intake process with a focus on customer service and communication. Assisting clients with insurance inquiries and communicating with active clients. Must be organized and solution and detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
