Property Manager position with Nationwide Real Estate Firm
Seeking Full-Time Property Manager to successfully manage and oversee the maintenance and repair of projects for a portion of the firm’s owned and managed portfolio. The candidate must have basic knowledge of commercial facility maintenance practices. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as be a creative problem solver. The PM will manage the property onsite staff and the overall property management operations for the portfolio to maximize performance, control expenditures, and optimally utilize resources.
