Job Description:
- Support administrative team and help optimize workflow
- Communicate with tenants on a daily basis, managing outstanding balances, lease renewals, batching maintenance requests
- Coordinate meetings and projects, take notes, schedule follow-ups
- Basic bookkeeping tasks such as depositing checks and paying invoices.
Position is full-time, in-person. Office is located in South Slope.
Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.
