Great opportunity to join a growing Real Estate firm. We are looking for someone
that can grow with the company and offers great exposure to leadership and future
growth.
PRIMARY FUNCTION/POSITION SUMMARY:
The position is primarily responsible for basic property management duties. Work
experience is not necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate.
This position is available for full-time employment only.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Overseeing day-to-day operations of multiple properties
Communication with building superintendents, porters, and handymen
Communication with outside vendors as needed
Communication with tenants regarding leases, rent payments and maintenance
requests
Monitor compliance among several NYC agencies using state of the art technology
Reporting to Senior Property Manager and company CEO on a regular basis
QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree preferred
Solid computer skills, inclusive of Excel, Word, Outlook.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail, ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to travel to multiple properties on a regular basis

Office is located in Great Neck, NY
Properties located throughout Bronx, Manhattan, and Brooklyn
