Responsibilities:
Respond to leads in a timely manner
Conduct private apartment tours with clients (virtual if requested)
Keep clients informed throughout the leasing process
Ensure necessary documents are submitted
Host open houses
Attend agent meetings

Qualifications:
Active NY State Real Estate Salesperson, Associate Broker License or in the process of obtaining
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal
Strong knowledge of the New York City rental market
Organized and strong follow up skills
Customer first mentality
Self motivated
Tech savvy
