We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Salesforce Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support in managing and maintaining our Salesforce platform. As a member of the Sales Operations team, you will work directly with both CRM end users and the solution design team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a passion for technology, and a desire to grow in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

System Design & Configuration:

· Manage user profiles, permission sets, and security settings to ensure data integrity and privacy.

· Collaborate with solution architecture to maintain and enhance system flows, validation rules, and automation processes.

· Engage with end-users to understand their requirements and document needs within ADO (Azure DevOps).

· Assist in the creation and maintenance of custom objects, fields, and lightning apps/pages.

· Support the integration of Salesforce with other systems including Outlook, Jotform, Adobe, and Constant Contact.

User Support and Training:

· Provide frontline support to Salesforce users, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving user-reported problems.

· Assist in training and create user documentation to educate sales team members on Salesforce functionality and best practices.

Data Management:

· Perform data imports, exports, and updates to ensure accurate and up-to-date information within Salesforce.

· Conduct regular data cleansing activities to maintain data quality and integrity.

· Support data migration efforts when necessary, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.

Reports and Dashboards:

· Assist in generating and maintaining reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights to sales teams and management.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop meaningful visual representations of data.

Qualifications:

· Prior experience working with Salesforce CRM as an administrator is preferred.

· Familiarity with Salesforce administration concepts, such as profiles, roles, permissions, and data management.

· Knowledge of Salesforce workflow automation such as troubleshooting and building flows.

· Previous experience utilizing Agile tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or others to outline design and requirements is a plus.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex business processes and translate them into system requirements.

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with end-users and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide support.

· Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality.

· Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) are a plus, but not required.
