Changing up the numbers.
New York Governor Andrew Cuomo announced on Wednesday that he is setting new standards to decide on the reopening and shutting of businesses and schools.
To exit the status of a red zone, Areas must maintain a positivity rate that remains less than 3% over 10 days. To leave the orange zone, the positivity rate must be under 2%, and under 1.5% to exit a yellow zone.
Cuomo said that Brooklyn’s overall negative rates dropped from 7.7% to 5.5%.
Far Rockaway, Kew Gardens and Forest Hills are now in the yellow zone, where businesses can open, and indoor and outdoor dining is allowed.
The red zones remain in Orange and Rockland counties.
“We now know that the askanim were right all along and that the testing drive at the Lubavitcher Yeshiva was a saver,” a Crown Heights community activist told COLlive.com in response. “All those negative tests we did very much helped keep a low percentage rate in our area.”
The governor also said he was worried about the mental and emotional toll the disease is taking on New Yorkers. He said he’s worried that people could have post-traumatic stress disorder, PTSD, from the pandemic, CBS reported.

we should do lawsuits until the constitution is upheld,
we have freedom of religion(shuls),freedom of assembly(schools. indoor dinning),until we win.
even if it comes to 5 6 or more lawsuits
and it should not be a lawsuit based on freedom of religion.

You are right in that we should respect social responsibility. However, the opposite is true, freedom is having the choice to respect or to disrespect social responsibility.
The more people that don’t test, the lower the numbers are 😉
