A grand Bruchim Habaim – welcome event was held for bochurim from around the world who are spending Tishrei 5782 in Crown Heights.
Thousands of Bochurim, Rabbonim and Shluchim gathered at Bais Rivkah for the event which included addresses by speakers Rabbi Yehuda Krinsky, Rabbi Mendel Kaplan, Rabbi Yisroel Shmotkin, and Rabbi Leima Wilhelm.
The event kicks off what will be a full month of programming for Bochurim and other guests who come from far and near for the Festive month of Tishrei.
Thanks to the hospitality of Vaad Hatmimim Haolami the Bochurim don’t need to worry about a place to eat and sleep allowing them to focus on the real reason they came – to spend Tishrei with the Rebbe.
Aside from arranging hundreds of beds and feeding thousands of Bochurim every day of Tishrei, the Vaad is determined to enhance the Ruchniyusdike environment for the Bochurim over Tishrei.
Some of the programs that the Vaad arrange over Tishrei are daily busses to and from the Ohel, Shiurim throughout the day in Nigleh and Chassidus, Panels of Zichronos from Tishrei with the Rebbe, Kovtzei Limud consisting of Maamorim, Sichos, and Yomanim along with tests on all the material with an extravagant reward system for the Bochurim who pass the test and much more.
