This joint endeavor seeks to make the Rebbe’s timeless campaign accessible to all, capturing the hearts and minds of thousands each day. Participants eagerly await the release of a concise one-minute video featuring renowned rabbis and speakers, who delve into the depths of the Beis Hamikdash, extracting awe-inspiring lessons that resonate with the soul.

Rooted in the Rebbe’s visionary guidance since 5736 (1976), the campaign breathes life into the study and practical application of the halachic laws presented in the Hilchos Beis Habechira of the Rambam. The Rebbe’s resonant call reminds individuals of their sacred duty to immerse themselves in the profound knowledge of these laws, forging an eternal bond with the Beis Hamikdash itself. Quoting the timeless Medrash, their study is regarded by Hashem as if they are actively participating in the construction of the Beis Hamikdash.

Mikdash Minute assumes even greater significance this year. The Rebbe’s chosen verse from Tehillim 122, “Sha’alu shalom Yerushalayim” (Pray for the peace of Jerusalem), serves as the opening verse of the Rambam’s Sefer Avodah, which specifically elucidates the laws of the Beis Hamikdash.
