In accordance with the instruction of the Rebbe, a Kinus Torah gathering of learning was held at Yeshivas Beis Menachem Mendel in Tzfas, Israel (previously known as Tzeirei Hashluchim).
The event was organized by the group of Talmidim Hashluchim in the Yeshiva and the students of Shiur Gimmel.
Hatomim Hashliach Mendel Gurkov of Long Island, NY was the emceed and he opened with greetings.
Hatomim Berel Shur of Montreal, Canada began with a Dvar Malchus, a Sicha from the Rebbe printed in Likutei Sichos Volume 28 about the Yemei Hatashlumin of Shavuos.
He was followed by Rabbi Yossi Chitrik, Shliach in Tzfas and Principal of the Beis Chana Seminary and High School in the city.
Additional speakers included Hatomim Yisroel Gansburg of Montreal, Canada, and the Rosh Yeshiva Rabbi Zalman Kaplan.
A Siyum on Maseches Sotah Was made by Hatomim Azriel Laber of Albany, NY. The final speaker was Hatomim Hashliach Mendel Shemtov of West Bloomfield, Michigan.
