An event marking the 29th Yartzeit of Ari Halberstam HYD will take place tonight, Thursday, begininng at 6:30 PM.
Join live as family and friends will address the gathering, including a Siyum and words from Devorah Halberstam, Ari’s mother. Rabbi Simon Jacobson will deliver inspiring words of Chizuk.
Today, the 23rd of Adar, is the Yarzeit of Ari Halberstam who was murdered in a terror attack in 1994, when a gunman in a car opened fire on a van carrying more than a dozen Chabad students as it began to cross the Brooklyn Bridge from Manhattan.
At least ten thousand mourners gathered in front of 770 Eastern Parkway for his Levaya.
