A new overnight summer camp is opening up this summer for Chabad girls promising a spiritual and enjoyable experience in the magnificent ponderosa pine forest of the White Mountains of Arizona.
Camp G.R.O.W. (Girls of the Rebbe Out West) is being founded by Rabbi Mendy and Tzipi Lipskier, Directors of Chabad of Fountain Hills in Arizona, who will be serving as the camp’s Administrative Directors.
“With the growing need for Chassidishe overnight camp experiences for our girls, Camp G.R.O.W. was born,” they announced, ensuring “a safe, Chassidish, fun and wholesome camp experience.”
The camp will be running from Tuesday, July 27 to Monday, August 23, 2021 and will be located in Heber, Arizona (where Yeshivas Kayitz Tzeirei Hashluchim Camp of Tzfas was last summer).
Arizona is known for its natural beauty and popular tourist attractions, including places like the Grand Canyon and Red Rock and Camp GROW plans to use that setting for their activities and trips.
For the Junior Divison – Grades 5-7, activities will include sports, workshops, art, cooking, dance and weekly trips, in addition to davening and learning.
For Teen Camp – Grades 8-9, an uplifting ruchnius experience will be complemented with an array of spectacular activities – from hiking to horseback riding, kayaking to climbing – all in the scenic mountains of Arizona. Other highlights include Grand Canyon Trip, farbrengens, performing arts, Shabbaton and skill-based workshops.
The camp is under the guidance and advisement of Arizona’s Head Shliach Rabbi Zalman Levertov and Rabbi Zalmy Kudan of CGI Staff Training. The names of the talented and dedicated program directors will soon be announced.

Sounds amazing
Looks incredible
Hatzlacha!
What grade do the counselors need to be coming out of?
The name seems it would be limiting only for girls of the west
It says out west. Not from the west, but in the west. Its just saying where its located.
Would be equivalent to saying “out on the west side of the country”
YKTH was a huge success there!! Hopefully they can keep up to the standards.
Rabbi Lipskier is also amazing, best Rabbi ever!!
Mendy and Tzippy will be amazing
