Matches are made in Heaven to be sure and Hashem is busy making shidduchim 24 hours a day, but the reality down here is a situation where we are seeing many singles struggling through the process. Although we put our full trust in the One Above, we also make sure that we are doing all we can to move things forward in the best manner possible.
The Shidduch House opened with that exact goal in mind which is to assist in all areas of the shidduch process. Sometimes the situation is a little more complicated and needs a more professional approach. To this end we are pleased to inform you that we will be hosting Rabbi Dr. Yossi Ives for two consecutive weeks on Wednesdays at the Shidduch House and encourage you to take advantage of these opportunities.
On Wednesday, February 8th from 2-4 p.m, Shidduch House will also be hosting an Open House for single women and mothers with dating expert Rabbi Dr. Yossi Ives. It will be an opportunity to drop in and learn more about the psychology of dating and how we can help singles achieve relationship success. He will be available to answer questions and conduct informal discussions.
Light refreshments will be served.
On Wednesday February 15th, from 1-2 pm, Rabbi Dr. Ives will address the audience in a more formal lecture for women.
Topic: Is Dating really that complicated?
Five Key Reasons Why Our Singles Struggle.
There will be a half hour talk followed by Q&A.
Light lunch will be served.
Make sure to take advantage of these opportunities!
Hats off to Esther Berkowitz dedicating so much time and energy to help for shidduchim !!

Can this please be live too for the out of towners?
Although I assume most singles are working bt the hours of 1-4 PM. Anyway this can be done in the evening?
I will start by saying thank you. I know you mean well and you want to help.
But.
1. Why is almost everything addressed to women? Are men part of the dating?
2. Most girls I know would prefer a date suggestion rather than another dating class
3. Wouldn’t it be a great idea to use the money for shadchanim to suggest more and reach out more?
