with the crazy house prices today i wonder what the Rebbes stance on buying a house would be ?
I live in Stamford Hill , london , uk and buying a house ( just a really small one ) is over million pounds … down payment and all 150,000 pounds plus and no chance of buying in a cheap place like you can in America as a frum person .

For example: Strict Montessori CURRICULUM teaches a set view about how the universe was created, how mankind evolved, and the individual’s place within the world. That is one aspect of the “philosophical” side of Montessori. It has nothing to do with the “method” of how to teach a child in an effective manner that works for her/him, and this “philosophy” can easily be replaced by Torah’s philosophy of such matters. “He urged me not to become involved in the ‘PHILOSOPHY’ of Montessori. I took that to mean that I could use the Montessori method as an aid to teaching Torah values, but that I should not let the METHOD ITSELF become the focal point.” Clearly something is wrong with this flow of idea… For those familiar with Montessori, there is a difference between the philosophy and method.
