On Thursday, Rosh Chodesh Tamuz, 25 students, their parents and relatives packed into the Rubashkin residence on President street to hold their bi-annual recital. Students performed stirring and inspiring arrangements of Nigunim on the piano, keyboard, violin and recorder.
Zalman Negin, the director and piano teacher, called up the students one by one, occasionally offering small tidbits regarding various nigunim.
After friends and relatives cheered and encouraged the students’ performances, teachers Zalman Negin and Hershel Gelman offered a beautiful rendition of a Hisvaadus Nigun, followed by the Rebbes Nigunim “Tzomo” and “Ho’aderes Veho’emuna”.
This was followed by a grand raffle where students who had worked hard over the past few month had a chance to win a Sefer Hanigunim and various other musical prizes.
Mamesh Music is currently offering private lessons in keyboard, guitar, drums, and violin.
Also, band classes are available for experienced students (see videos below).
Summer special: when you schedule 5 lessons, one lesson is free!
