Jewish Girls Unite will be hosting a Spring Women’s Retreat with author and counselor, Miriam Yerushalmi of SANE: Save a Neshama Endowment, next week Mon- Tues. May 13-14.
The theme for the women’s retreat is “Reaching New Heights” and will include workshops on self-mastery through prayer and meditation, healthy cooking, art, and dance.
This will be the 4th Retreat since Jewish Girls Unite moved, this past October, to a beautiful new location in Rensselaer, NY, which is adjacent to the Hotel, where participants stay.
“We are extremely grateful for the generous support we received to make this dream come true for our global Jewish Girls Unite community. Our new location is on a beautiful hill and has been named the “Lighthouse on the Hill” by our Pesach Retreat guests. Our mission is to empower our Jewish daughters to shine their light.
“In addition to our JGU Leadership Retreats, we are glad to be able to partner and host retreats for other groups and help others shine as well,” said Nechama Laber, JGU Global Director.

The upcoming Summer Leadership Retreat for girls will take place on August 19-26.
