Executive/Administrative Assistant for new Medical Office
New Branch - Pain Management office seeking f/t Executive-Admin Assistant and General Office Manager.
Job Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Friendly and Outgoing Personality
Greet new and incoming patients
Assist patients with electronic onboarding and medical software platform
Collect patient patient as needed utilizing electronic medical portals
Import medical records in both electronic and written formats as required
Supports company operations by organizing and maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning patients appointments and follow-ups.
Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing daily activities.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Office Manager Qualifications / Skills:
Supply management
Informing others
Delegation
Staffing
Managing processes
Supervision
Developing standards
Promoting process improvement
Reporting skills
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Two to three years’ experience in an office setting manager
Proficient with office software
Outgoing personality and easy to work as a team player.
Quick Books and other accounting software knowledge.
