The fact that the photo was taken indoors in the past is not just a mere coincidence rather due to Tznius considerations like it says in Tehillim “Kol Kvudah Bas Melech Pnimah” I hope Rabbonim were consulted before making this switch and I would be curious to know who they were and what exactly they said…

The picture was taken outdoors always – it was changed since usually this time of year is extremely cold. BH we are having excellent weather. Also wondering if you are really a Shlucha or Lubavitch. We are all about Tznius but Lubavitch never hides women….are faces are in publications, Shluchos are encouraged to be out there…we are really not into hiding and very much into Tznius

Incorrect, for many years the picture took place outside 770 it was good only moved inside around 10-15 year’s ago
The pictures were taken in front of 770 from the beginning. This is the first time in many years that it is back outside though.

dear ladies. it’s winter time. you stay with your beautiful wigs on your head. but what about infants? fine skin, bald heads. where is their baby hats?ask any licensed pediatrician. infants should have one more layer of clothes than adults in cold season.
